1. Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
Institution Overview: The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) was established by an Act of Parliament (CAP 213A) in 1995. Its core mandate is to provide loans, bursaries, and scholarships to Kenyan students pursuing higher education in recognized universities and colleges, as well as to recover mature loans to facilitate the establishment of a self-sustaining revolving fund.
