​I stand here today to tell you, Muthoni is my Friend

 * Unfortunately, I have to address an issue today.
 * I think politics is making us stupid.
 * I stand here today to tell you, Muthoni is my friend.
 * And I have no apologies to make about it.
 * Like every other human being, Muthoni has her weaknesses, but she's my friend.
 * And Muthoni, yes, sometimes takes a microphone and hits a man that I support, called President William Ruto.
 * But that does not make Muthoni my enemy.
 * Neither does that make Muthoni an enemy of the president.
 * Please learn to fight your political battles, and to stay with your political friends and your political enemies, but do not choose our friends, and do not choose our enemies.
 * When I was kidnapped in 2021 and injured, this Muthoni took her phone, she sent money to me, she visited me to hospital, she came and prayed with me in the house, how can she be my enemy? How?
 * You have to stop it because time has come that even us, we are scripting our political future beyond these political arrangements.
 * And we will need everyone, we will not make enemies because they are your enemies.
 * We will not mourn a child of a friend on the basis of who you support and who you do not support.
 * We will fight the ideas that Muthoni has, Muthoni taking a microphone, and says affordable housing, who said they want a house?
 * We will fight that idea by telling her just like the young one we have come to mourn today, Jesus's last promise before he went to heaven was that he has gone to prepare a house for us.
 * We will tell Muthoni, Jesus went to prepare for us a house, just like William Ruto is making for us houses here in Kenya.
 * We will fight her ideas, but we will not fight Muthoni.
 * Anyway, I think I've said enough.
 * Prophet Albert Kamas once said, "Do not walk in front of me, I may not follow."
 * "Do not walk behind me, I may not lead."
 * "Just walk beside me." Peter, just like JJ has said here, we will walk beside you. We will be together with you.
 * We will not stop here, we will continue.
 * I had to suspend some campaigns which I'm working on somewhere in Ol Kalou, just to come and sit with you because you are a true friend, and you remain a true friend.
 * To those others who think they have any sort of power to choose our friends, to you I say, shame on you. God bless you and keep you.
